We had a blast on our first chattanooga food Tour in the Southside! We indulged in city tacos, tamales, fresh guacamole and salsa at La Altena, then savoured some Whiskey at the Tennessee Stillhouse along with a very enlightening tour of the vintage distillery. Off we went to Feed Co. for melt in the mouth rib tips and everybody's favorite roasted maple bacon brussels that were to die for! They paired it with a chocolatey coffee hinted dark hued thick beer- YUM!
Then we stopped by the iconic T-bone cafe for sliders and fries- Some of us are about to pop and we are not even done yet!
Chattanooga Brewing Co. showcased their most awesome flash fried spent pretzel with hot cheddar sauce. We did some beer tasting of their most excellent Chestnut St., Warm Winter Brew and some IPA's .
Last but not least we landed at Southside Social for my fave of Pork Belly Sliders and this Floridian chef's classic Key Lime Pie shooters!
