Questions about the food

Q:What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

         Please contact us by emailing us at or call (423) 708-5328 before purchasing tour tickets or scheduling an event. We will do everything we can to work with our food vendors to accommodate your restrictions or allergies, but we need to know ahead of time to communicate with our vendors before the day of the event. We will not be able to accommodate food restrictions and food allergies we learn about the day of the tour.

Q: How much food is served?

         We equate the amount of food to a small meal. However, most people leave saying they are satisfied and stuffed!


Questions about the drinks

Q: Is it okay to bring a water bottle along?

          YES! We highly encourage you to bring a water bottle along the way that you can refill so you can stay hydrated! If you forget a water bottle, no worries, we will be             sampling drinks at the restaurants along the way and you can always request a water. 

Questions about tickets & registration

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

          Yes! Please purchase your tickets in advance through our secure website. We need to know you are coming to give a heads up to our tour partners so they can                   anticipate us and prepare enough delicious food!   

Q: If a tour is sold out can I be added to a waiting list?

          Yes! Please contact us to be added. Email us at or call us at (423) 708-5328.

Q: Can I get a full refund if I need to cancel?

         We accept cancellations with a full refund up to 72 hours in advance or three business days. If a cancellation should occur within 72 hours or 3 business days prior          to a tour, the ticket price is non-refundable. To process a cancellation please notify us in writing at or call us at (423) 708-5328. In the event          you are unable to cancel prior to 72 hours you are more than welcome to send someone else in your place! Contact us to transfer your ticket.

Q: Do I need to bring cash to tip the staff along the way at each stop?

         No!  The gratuities are included with your ticket price for the staff at all the stops along the way. However, gratuity is not included for the tour guide.  

Q: Are the tour guide gratuities included in the ticket price?

         Eat Sip Walk does not include gratuities in the cost of the tours for the tour guide. If you had an awesome time, a standard gratuity for a tour guide is 15% to 20%            of the tour price.

Q: What if a tour does not meet minimum participants?

          This is unlikely, however, we do reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum participant requirements. You will be notified at least 24 hours           in advance and given the options of scheduling a another tour or a refund.


Who can eat, sip, and walk with us?

Q: How physically fit do I need to be?

          On our tours we will cover an average of 1 mile. We stroll along enjoying the beautiful city along the way. If you can walk around the grocery store you can handle             this, especially since we will be stopping for wonderful food and drinks along the way!  In a wheel chair? No problem! By law all of our partners must be able to                   accommodate you! Please contact us for route specifics. 

Logistics of the tour

Q: What happens if it rains?

          Our tours run in the rain or in the sunshine! If the weather is severe however, we will cancel the tour. You will be notified and will have the option of a refund or to                  schedule a tour in the future. We will try to notify you as early as we can in the event of severe weather.

Q: Do the tours start and end in the same location?

           No, but don’t worry! We will help you get back to the starting location and won’t leave you hanging.

Q: How should I dress and what do I need to bring?

         Dress for the weather and for comfort. This means, wear comfy shoes, bring sunscreen/umbrella, camera, water bottle, and some tip money for your tour guide is             greatly appreciated!

Q: Are gift certificates available?

          Yes! Gift certificates are available to purchase online. They make a great gift!
